Ella's Pet Service's care and understand that leaving your pet at home with a walker/sitter can be an emotional and difficult time for both you and them, that is why we do all we can to make the time you spend apart from each other, as painless as possible.

Putting Your Pet First

Personally, I believe that walking your dog one-on-one is preferable to walking a group of dogs because it ensures that your dog receives my entire attention and care while we are out walking, and it allows me to learn about your dog's specific needs.

Of course, if you have more than one dog, that's absolutely fine!

​

When we're out and about, your dog and I will form a bond in which the dog will learn to trust me and will be lavished with affection and cuddles!

  • One hour solo walk - £14

  • One hour two dogs - £16

I can provide one-off walks for those outside of L32 - not weekly. A petrol fee will be added depending on location.

Pet Sitting / Pet Visits / Day Care

Responsible and Reliable

You can rest easy knowing that I will look after your pet friend while you are away. I recognise that each pet is unique, so I provide a tailored pet care service with the goal of keeping their routine as close to normal as possible while you are away. You may feel assured that if you choose me, your pet will be cared for by an individual who genuinely cares.

 

I can also keep you updated about your pets through text or emails.

PET VISITS

Any pet you have, I can come in and feed them, clean them, or even just keep them company - I will do whatever you need.
TIMES WILL BE: Between 7am-9am, mid-day, or evenings after 6pm. Pet visits must be within a 10 minute drive from L32 9SW unless in the evenings, where a petrol fee may be added.

  • 30 minutes: £10 (a petrol fee may be added depending on location)

  • 1 hour: £14 (a petrol fee may be added depending on location)

DAY CARE*

Any pet you have, I can keep company for 8 hours at my home in Kirkby.

  • 8 hours: £40
     

WEEKEND DAY CARE*

  • 8 hours: £50
     

*8 hour days  |  *one walk included with dogs  |  *£5 per extra hour

PET SITTING*

Either in the comfort of the pets own home, or at my home in Kirkby.

  • One dog: First night will be £50 and every night after that will be £30

  • Two dogs: First night will be £60 and every night after that will be £40
     

*Ella’s Pet Services will walk your dog a minimum of twice per day and no less than 20 minutes - unless advised by the owner that the dog needs less/more.

*Registration form will be provided.

In order to make sure the dog/cat will settle with me during the stay, we encourage owners to book a meet and greet with me in my home. I am able to assess the behaviour of the new pet during this time, and conclude if I think it is a good option for that dog to stay with me.

 

All clients must bring with them and show up to date vaccination records or titre test results. All boarding dogs must have had their primary vaccinations two weeks prior to boarding. All vaccinations must have been given by a qualified vet and be licensed in the UK.

Being in a new environment is not for every dog, and therefore at Ella’s Pet Services if a dog is not coping or is showing signs of stress, I will contact the owner immediately. 

​

In order to make new pets feel more at ease, I will encourage owners to bring in their own bedding, toys, treats and anything they think will make the experience happy for the dog.

Administrating Dogs (Diabetes)

Putting Your Pet First

Rest assured, your dog's health is my top priority. I understand the concerns of leaving a dog with specific medical needs, as I have personal experience caring for my own dog, Archie. He was diagnosed with diabetes in 2020, and I diligently administered his insulin injections twice a day until he sadly passed away in January.

If your dog requires daily vaccinations or specialized care, you can trust that I have the knowledge and expertise to provide the necessary assistance. I have previous experience in working with dogs in similar situations and will ensure their well-being and safety.
